1985: The company entered into the Turkish market by importing Roquefort, Maasdam, Edam, Gouda, Fume, Parmesan, Fruit Yogurt, Brie, Camambert and other kinds of similar products from countries such as France, Holland, Italy, Germany and Denmark.


1995: The company started to produce cheese along with importing products from other countries and entered into the Turkish market with a local brand name producing different kinds of cheese for the first time and the brand name was called Trakya Dairy.


2002: Our company continued to produce in a new facility launched in Istanbul- Kemerburgaz on an area of 7000 m2 thanks to an experienced staff and started to serve for national chain markets by paying attention to Private Label as well as the brand names Trakya Dairy and Marmara Dairy.


2009: The brand name of our company was recognized by Bongrain and Esas Holding and we received a demand for acquisition. Bongrain and Esas Holding, holding the Trakya Dairy brand name for 3 years, invested herein seriously with the aim of increasing the value of the brand name.


2012: When Bongrain decided to retreat from the Turkish Market, they separated themselves from Esas Holding and the market share was assigned to the previous management of  GC Gıda San. Tic. A.S. As our company took the management over again, they continued to work constantly on import and export operations, production of specific products and the PRIVATE LABEL.
